1) "I have had the privilege and honor of knowing and working with Kia for five years.  She worked with both of my daughters for approximately 3 years each.  To say that she was an extended part of our family during that time (and still to this day) would not do her justice.  The love and care that she possesses for each of her youngsters is truly insurmountable.  My daughters looked forward to seeing her every day and were sad when I arrived because they did not want to leave.  Kia’s home was a nurturing and positive environment that allowed my girls to grow and develop into independent individuals.  Kia selects and tailors her program to each youngster’s current needs for any given age.  Whether it is teaching life skills (eating, drinking, talking, playing, potty training) or intellectual skills (reading, counting, music, art) every child is growing and learning constantly!  Kia selects materials that are exciting and engaging and excite the children. 

I was thoroughly impressed with the caliber of work that came home every Friday in their backpacks.  Kia’s in-home model allows children of multiple ages to learn from each other and fosters a positive communal environment that is beneficial to all children.  In addition to this nurturing setting, Kia prides herself on maintaining open lines of communication with her parents.  I received a thorough update of the day’s events at pick up and when needed she provided me ample time to answer questions and discuss issues.  This was very helpful to me as a new parent! 

Kia is a priceless gem that should be treasured.  Any family who has the opportunity to have her work with their children should take it because she is priceless!  I am thankful for the time my daughter’s had with her.  She will forever be a part of our family!"

2) "Kia's daycare was our choice for both our sons for over 3 years, and it is a place where we felt like home. The home setting is warm and loving, and the boys not only learned their letters, numbers and more long before they were 2 years old; they were always well looked after with healthy food and snacks, and had a comfortable place to nap and rest. When they were ready for toilet training, Kia played an essential role of keeping the home routine at daycare. Her playroom is always clean and organized, and the kids follow a preschool routine that puts them far ahead of a Kindergartner when they're ready for school. We're so thankful for everything they offered our boys and ourselves as a family."

3) “Kia is an expert.  She cared for our daughter and son for three years beginning when our daughter was three months old.  She provides a loving and nurturing environment that is clean, safe and well organized.  She not only provided the best care for our infants but she helped us grow as new parents.  As our children grew older it was obvious she was also providing a wonderful learning environment which challenged and advanced our children.  Our children absolutely loved Kia.  They happily ran into her home every morning.  They never hesitated – not even once.   One of our saddest days was when we had to move and we realized we could no longer have Kia care for our children."
